Code of Ethics

At Tonthalell, LLC/Whole 180°, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct to ensure the well-being and growth of our participants. Our Code of Ethics serves as a guide for coaches, mentors, and participants to foster a respectful, inclusive, and empowering coaching environment.


  • 1. Respect for Individuals


We treat every participant with respect, dignity, and empathy. We acknowledge and honor each person's unique background, experiences, and beliefs. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.


2. Confidentiality and Privacy


Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, unless the participant provides explicit consent for disclosure. Coaches will not share any personal or sensitive information without consent.


Privacy: We respect participants' right to privacy. Personal information collected during the program is securely stored and used only for program-related purposes.


3. Professional Conduct


Boundaries: Coaches maintain professional boundaries with participants. They will not engage in any form of personal, financial, or other non-coaching relationship with participants during or after the program.


Conflict of Interest: Coaches will disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may affect their objectivity or impartiality in coaching sessions.


4. Informed Consent


Before commencing the coaching program, participants will receive information about the program's objectives, methods, and any potential risks involved. Participants are required to provide informed consent before starting the program.


5. Accountability and Feedback


Accountability: Coaches are accountable for their actions and the quality of their coaching services. They are committed to continuous improvement and professional development.


Feedback: We encourage open and honest feedback. If participants have any concerns or feedback regarding the program or their coach, we welcome their input. Feedback is essential for program improvement.


6. Termination of Services


Participants and coaches have the right to terminate coaching services at any time. If a participant wishes to terminate the coaching relationship, they are encouraged to communicate their reasons openly and professionally in writing (send correspondence to me@tonthalell.com).


7. Code of Ethics Compliance


Coaches affiliated with our program are expected to adhere to this Code of Ethics. Compliance with these principles is integral to the success of our program and maintaining the trust of our participants.

By participating in the Whole 180° program, you agree to abide by these Ethics and Standards of Behavior. These guidelines are in place to ensure that the program remains a safe, respectful, and effective space for personal growth and transformation.
